Peace, Purpose, and a Little Heart

I recently listened to a powerful podcast episode with Mel Robbins, and it reminded me of something I’ve known deep down for a long time: How you end your day sets the tone for how you start the next.

That one truth inspired me to create a simple, meaningful evening ritual—a 5-minute practice that helps me feel grounded, accomplished, and clear.

Here’s what I do:

🌟 Step 1: What I Did Well (💛)
I write down at least 3 things I did well that day.
It could be something big—or just something I’m proud of. I mark this section with a little heart. It’s my way of ending the day with gratitude and self-celebration.

🧘‍♀️ Step 2: My Daily Checklist
I ask myself:
• Did I begin with prayer, gratitude and meditation—before checking my phone?
• Did I say  or listen to my affirmations? (I record my affirmations in my own voice)
• Did I do at least 4 reachouts and 4 follow-ups for my business?
• Did I post something with intention on social media?
• Did I nourish my body with healthy choices?
• Did I show up for my body with exercise today?
• And… did I “let them”? (Mel’s reminder to stay in my lane and focus on my own energy, not theirs.)

📝 Step 3: Tomorrow’s Top Priorities
I write down 3 to 5 things I want to get done the next day. That way, I wake up with clarity and direction.

That’s it! It takes less than five minutes, but the impact? Huge. It gives me closure, resets my mindset, and keeps me aligned with my goals—without the overwhelm.

Let me know if this speaks to you—I always love hearing from you.
