Gratitude is one of those gifts that renews itself. Like love, the more you give, the more you get. And it does not cost us anything to give it.
As the Holiday season approaches and many of us are getting ready to celebrate Thanksgiving, I am reflecting on GRATITUDE and wanted to share some thoughts.
Gratitude is often underestimated in the hustle and bustle of our busy lives. It’s like a compass, directing our focus towards the positive aspects of our daily existence. When we cultivate gratitude, we shift our perspective from what’s lacking to what we have.
Practicing gratitude has been associated with decreasing depression and anxiety, improved mood, and better overall mental health. It’s a simple tool that supports us in finding joy and navigating difficulties with a more resilient spirit.
Each morning as part of my “miracle morning” routine, I reflect on what I am grateful for. This is a small yet powerful act that I am convinced contributes to my joy & happiness each day!
So please allow me to express my gratitude. I am grateful to have you in my life.
Warmly,
Donna
